You could've sealed it with nitrogen, group 1 nitrides are unstable (except lithium due to its large charge density) so all but lithium can be stored under nitrogen.

It's a scandal that this channel is so pedagogically interesting and scientifically rigorous yet has one tenth the subscribers and viewers of the "let's pour silicone on this pokeball" and "let's blow up this watermelon with tannerite" channels.

How is it a scandal? People like what they like. Not everyone is interested in the chemistry behind it. I don't see any foul play here.
This view is based on a fallacious assumption that the total audience for chemistry videos on Youtube is a fixed size, and therefore "stuff blowing up" creators are swallowing up Cody's market share.
This is complete bollocks. People who just want to watch explosions can just watch explosions. If you took those channels away, they would not suddenly all flock to more hardcore chemistry content.
The existence of a great variety of channels is clearly good for us, the viewers - and there are many ways in which they are good for creators too.

The best one can do with a Francium sample is use a radioactive isotope with a decay path that leads to a Francium isotope, which will also decay, but then one can state that the sample always contains a fraction of Francium.
Rubidium is probably even a better one to do. Although Cesium has the greatest cross section of all atoms, It seems Rubidium reacts even more vigorously than Cesium.
Given that sodium is used for lighting, what would a caesium light look like? There's an idea for you to try... :)
