With exceptions to a small variation of things, epilepsy, cancers, etc. The big psychological taboo used to be ADD even though a small degree of ADD is no more than the equivalent of a mildly short attention span. A large degree of ADD and the person can't even work at his job (too bored). Also in the primitive age the ADD were the strongest, they were the hunters. I've heard that if you ever feel a sense of Deja Vu, it means that you are in the right place at the right time. That you are doing the correct thing
I rather suspect that the neural activity 'channel' that is processing current experience is leaking a copy of its 'signals' into a parallel channel such that, when both of these channels impinge simultaneously on our recognition systems, we experience an eerie 'sense' of recognition even though we know for sure that we've never been here before.

There is a mental condition called Depersonalisation/ Derealisation where the person that suffers from it is convinced they live in a simulation or in a dream and that the world around them is not real.
I had the condition myself (and still have it altough not as bad anymore) and it is the scariest thing I ever experienced.

vidmario bros feels very weird and is an anxiety disorder. It can / most likely triggers panic attacks. After a while you get used to them and they go. If you struggle with them think to yourself you want one to happen and learn to get comfortable them they go. Trust me ;)

We have this [reality]. This world is a like a matrix. You can call this matrix reality as well. It is our known reality.
Here, things make sense like 1=1 and 0=0 and 0≠1 and 1 contains more "information"/ details than 0 namely 1=[1,0] while 0=[0] only.
But besides this [reality], things make sense but also don't. The entire system kinda breaks apart. Like 1 would equal to itself but also equal to 0 etc.. There wouldn't be any order or clarification. Things are and aren't and all that ain't but also is, too.
That second realm can only be understood here as a world of ideas, thoughts and imaginations in our minds. Here, it ain't more real in out of what can be put into that logical system of ideas what make sense. Any idea which makes sense can be put to our [1.reality] we know and builds up up to an idea which makes the least sense in out of an idea which makes no sense, namely nonsense and is outside of the first reality. So, it cannot be put here as a part of it.
