Also if the solar system was made out of neutron stars, and neutron stars are the second most powerful things in the universe, and Earth is made out of neutron star, and we formed on earth, are we the second strongest thing in the universe. This is stupid. “Nuclear pasta” is absolutely break-able, as can be seen by the fact that it doesn’t exist outside of Neutron Stars, and gets completely destroyed during neutron star collisions/explosions.
If two that have the same strength hit each other, you bet they can damage each other. In a way, he could've clarified this that it's unbreakable to the vast majority of things in the universe, excluding fellow neutron stars, black holes etc.
This is stupid, for it to stay "nuclear pasta" it needs the extreme pressure of a neutron star. In that state it is indestructible. It doesn't get destroyed. You cannot cut it in half. In an explosion, it collapses into the resulting black hole or gets ejected, where it immediately wants to form other atom bonds and fuses into heavy matter.
Theoretically "black hole" should be stronger than "nuclear pasta". It is, however, unstable and very very slowly radiates away.
