Miscomputer.. can you tell me why I can't just take the two pieces apart, open up the white cork thingy and just refill and finish? WHy always the total dismantling? (I assume it is to get rid of all the residue so it lasts longer and doesn't wear out or so but I mean... )

MISComputerNET - 2015-02-26

Thanks for the comment.  Although each component has a lifetime, they are subject to be defective due to some other factors such as user's faults like printing papers with staples.

Besides cleaning, with total dismantling, we also check each component whether they can work till next refill.  If not, we replace them.

Having said that while cleaning, you make sure that each component in a toner cartridge will function properly and therefore, you will get the maximum performance from your refills.

Ok thanks.. well, I am in th eprocess of refilling one, and yet when i opened it, it still has LOOOADS haha, all over the place, can I just pout it back in with the new or has it perhaps been slightly demagnetised or similar? I don't have a air blower so need ot use the hoover :p

MISComputerNET - 2015-02-28

@Malina Salina During printing process, toner powder inside the cartridge is subject to physical reaction and its chemical characteristics change.  For the best printing quality, you should remove the used toner inside the cartridge and then put the new toner.  Using hoover will be a solution in the short run.  Due to iron element in the toner powder, it causes magnetism, which makes the hoover engine defective.
