@Daniel meditation and an own symbiotic set of thoughts can help, to take care of those seeds. Like another loop, but for something like one's own self-esteem, reliability and hope. Is there even a thing to plant, so that it's not an opposite or otherwise depending from any of the million possible fears and worries out there?
