1984
Yup, basically..
insert Person of Interest reference here Seriously, that is very disturbing.
I despise the very existence of government placed street cameras. Also your reasoning is how this stuff gradually gets worse. Government cameras on every corner? How is that different from an individual property owners security camera? Searchable footage, how is that different? A real time updated database that shows where everyone is at any given time? How is that much different?
It's becoming freaking 1984 up in here. If that reference goes over your head look it up. It all makes my skin crawl, and should make everyone very worried. If I happened to be Chinese and writing this cops would probably be knocking on my door in about 5 minutes. Luckily where I live we still have at least apparent freedoms.
Why? Do you want me to install a camera in your house? It's just a camera bro!
who the fuk you are? bin laden? Knocking on your door in 5 mins? lol you are just a fucking 99% who brainwashed by Hollywood to think you are "important" somehow. But in realty, you parent don't even give a damn about you. you are nobody!
I guess the laptop in Orlos, China was recovered by the Chinese. Person of interest reference inserted.

Can vs. should. Technology is exciting, and creating new technology even more exciting; however, sometimes those that can should say, "no, we should not."
Not if you want another massive shooting, Boston bombing, 9/11... sure we should not
Presuming it is a technology that will only be used for good, by the right people, and it is actually effective for that specific objective. Another question is where do we draw the line in trading privacy for safety? And another, is it really safe for some people to have such power? I think most normal people are not yet ready to be tagged at birth with devices that track them everywhere they go. While this sort of technology seems less invasive, it is virtually the same thing when used like this. It's not tagging a suspect or known terrorist. It's tagging everyone.
We have an infrastructure right now that hosts cameras and other tracking devices on our TVs, tablets, virtually every phone, vehicles, utility poles, and the businesses and facilities we want to secure. What happens when they are all connected to a system like this. My opinion is that the negative impact on a free society is unlimited while the specific goals of the system will vary with the people that weild it.
Oh, and there is another thing technology developers should consider before creating and deploying things like this. Equifax. Let's say that you are 100% certain that the people who have been granted this level of power will only use it for a specific, good objective, always and forever. Can you also be 100% certain that hackers will never be able to access it?
Michael Prescott.you would of watched or read 1984 right? I 100% agree with you.
Tofu
those who sacrifice freedom for security deserve neither one.
0:46 "Red SUV" 😂😂😂
colorblind
NWO is coming.
Big brother is watching you
Dvorák Bence BB had always been watching us.
So, Minority Report was just China in disguise?
People think this is great. When it's actually horrible.
I totally agree. No privacy, it is all shot to hell! And it isnt good!
You are assuming that anyone expect individual freedom in China, right? Still a tyrannic government.
This is pretty much a Orwellian thing.
It’s great to catch terrorists & fugitives. Don’t worry US govt & telecommunications companies are getting our data & we don’t realize it. How do you know that the voice recorder & camera isn’t recording you? How do you know they’re not sharing our data? All the news about lawsuits is just a cover to fool us.
@Donkey Kong Yes, they are sharing our data. However, every time you install an application you sign off your consent.
Plus email, phone number, and social # and they know more of what you gonna do.
Its only tuned up open library for image analysis. We made something similar 3 years ago. But you have to have a lot of GPUs for 30 fps
now all thats left is the psycho pass guns
People dont seem to agree with this technology. The question remains what will you stand for but not fall for?
song name?
Sounds similar to Darude - Sandstorm
I imagine the US has the technology but they keep it on the DL
4:10 the T-Shirt
Gotta wear a mask and put the darkest tint on windows
and then you'll get arrested the first day you go on the street! haha
this is freakin next level
can i trick the system with a fake moustache?
Well, if you don't have any rights, then there are none to infringe upon.
10:06, can we talk about why he randomly turned around?
bugger the technology -count the traffic infractions
I like how pedestrians are classified as cyclists if they walk past a certain speed. nice touch

Big brother is watching you
And the same thing will happen ( or is already happening) with the front camera of your phone, But chill and take a selfie :D
Thank goodness for the cameras, they all look alike to me. This software is slanted.
Just add microchipping and welcome to the beast!
You don't need chip to track you. Your smartphone alway was.
No need when smart dust might already be inside you http://citeseerx.ist.psu.edu/viewdoc/download?doi=10.1.1.5.6432&rep=rep1&type=pdf
The chip is the end of ends tho, it’s just complete acceptance of the individual for this system. I hope we’re gone before that.
scary, dont like this
With a thumbnail like that, no wonder you don't like it lol
Tofu 😂😂😂
Just like person of interest
Wow!

You probably catched by caps immediately with the reason of no ID info.

Aleksandar Delic so someone who put this much effort in to it can't be bothered to Google translate it? It's just due to the software being partially English company written.

That'll trigger an immediate alarm in the system and mark you as a suspicious individual. It's an actual agent tracking you personally then and nearby authorities will want to know what you're up to.
