Sea Tiger

The Sea Tiger (in French naval service designated to DRBV 15, designated by its former manufacturer Thomson CSF as TRS 3004) is an operating in S-Band air and surface surveillance and target designation radar. The system is designed for medium to large ships and can be integrated with weapons systems. Years of delivery were 1987 to 1999.

Sea Tiger uses a transmitter with coherent amplifier chain emitting intra-pulse modulated pulses (linear frequency-modulation) over a wide frequency range. The compressed pulse has got a length of 0.5 µs

Sea Tiger Mk2 (in French naval service designated to DRBV 15C) got a new planar antenna for better jamming resistance.
