SHN X12
The SHN X12 (Sea-Hawk Navigation, X-Band 12ft antenna) is an operating in X-Band dual polarization radar with capability for small target and oil spill detection. Dual polarization results in far more detailed detection ability than traditional radar systems. The radar uses two diametral antennas, one with horizontal polarization, the other one with circular polarization. SHN X9 is the same radar using a 9ft antenna.
