AN/TPX-50
The AN/TPX-50 is a high-resolution short range and low power Identification Friend or Foe (IFF) interrogator set. IFF/SIF standard Mark Ⅻ is used. This system operates in conjunction with primary radar. The primary radar supplies synchronizing triggers to the system 460 µs prior to radar zero time. This trigger is split down into a smaller pulse repetition frequency to avoid Fruit.
