Blake chart
“Blake chart” is a range calculation worksheet first devised by Lamont V. Blake in 1962 on behalf of the Radar Division of the United States Naval Research Laboratory. It has the title “A Guide to Basic Pulse-Radar Maximum-Range Calculation”. This document contains theoretical calculations using the radar equation and is proposed for radar design engineers. It is the basis of many radar calculations software packages up today.
